"The art of teaching does not lie in the skills of induction, but in encouragement, awakening and inspiration." Ever since I joined LEAP, this quote by Adolph Diesterweg, a German educationist, has had enlightened me in a new way.   While our education system places great emphasis on students’ academic results, I take a different view as an educator of LEAP.  In addition to imparting knowledge, education should also help students establish a positive attitude and empower them to make informed and responsible decisions in their life. 

It is my pleasure to join LEAP as an educator.  I look forward to helping students develop positive values and bringing them more joy during my tenure with LEAP.
