“LEAP into Colour" Charity Run is a fun-filled event for families, kids, and serious runners. It aims to increase awareness of emotional health and well-being of children and youth in Hong Kong, and to raise funds to enable LEAP to develop and deliver its preventive emotional health programmes for this demographic.

Just like the vibrant colours of a festival, every emotion contributes to life's completeness. Through this event, we aim to encourage everyone to embrace and celebrate their emotions, raise awareness about children's and youth's emotional health, and emphasize the importance of understanding and managing feelings.
