  • Drink alcohol with a lower-alcohol content
  • Eat before and while drinking alcohol
  • Drink slowly
  • Have contact numbers on hand in case of emergencies
  • Never drink and drive or get into a car with a driver who has had alcohol
  • Do not drink at all
