Since 1994, LEAP has been on this critical mission, empowering young people with the knowledge, skills, and resilience they need to make informed choices and build healthy, fulfilling lives. To date, over 2.3 million students and 100,000 parents have benefited from LEAP’s programmes. This is not just data – it is about the future of our community. By investing in our youth, we are investing in a safer, more vibrant Hong Kong where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

To meet the evolving needs of the youth population, our core programmes have expanded from drug prevention to encompass a wider range of issues, including social and emotional learning, sexual health and relationships, and cybersecurity. We tailor our carefully designed programmes to the unique needs of different age groups – from primary school students to secondary students and those with special needs. We employ innovative teaching methods, interactive activities and evidence-based curricula to help students acquire knowledge and skills for healthy lifestyle, develop problem-solving abilities, and foster positive values and attitudes from a young age, so that they can grow up with confidence and make safer, wiser choices for their health.
