An eminent person once said that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”  It is of utmost importance to provide young people in Hong Kong with health and drug prevention knowledge and equip them with value education.  While I’ve been always felt driven to be an inspiring educator, the joy and satisfaction I felt at LEAP from facilitating the growth and whole person development of the students only reaffirmed my passion. 

Having the experience as a former Applied Behaviour Analyst and learning support teacher also equipped me with the essential classroom management skill in daily teaching, the positive and interactive teaching methodology of LEAP also match with my teaching philosophy.  The positive feedback from students and teachers often motivates me to go further in educating the youth to say “No” to drugs and develop a healthy lifestyle.  It is with my greatest honour to be part of the team, and to LEAP forward with youngsters in Hong Kong!
