LEAP is honoured and pleased to receive an Extraordinary Branding Award – NGO Excellence 2021 for “demonstrating extraordinary achievement and transcending limitations in the challenging environment last year.” 

This is a well-deserved recognition for our team of educators who have shown admirable adaptability during the Covid-19 pandemic. Responding swiftly to the challenges, they developed a series of high-quality online learning programmes ranging from video-based e-learning modules to Zoom lessons and e-books, catering to different audiences in the most accessible way possible. In addition, enhanced hygienic and precautionary protocols in the LEAP office and classrooms were introduced for the safety of students and colleague alike.

This year, the event was organised by the Junior Chamber International Queensway for the first time. LEAP was one of five NGOs to receive the awards in that categoray, following a strict selection process by the judging panel. Other major judging criteria for the award included the organisation's vision, quality of service, impact of service, and fostering of an appropriate work-life balance for its staff.
