Fund Raising Purpose : To develop the Social & Emotional Learning Programme and to sustain our daily operations.

We are on a mission to support the social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people in Hong Kong, and we need your help to make it possible.

With the increase in student suicides, especially among younger age groups in Hong Kong, and the impact of Covid-19 on students' social and emotional wellbeing, the need for social and emotional learning (SEL) has become more critical.  Our goal is to raise HK$800,000 to support the development of SEL programmes and to sustain our daily operations.

As a registered charity in Hong Kong [IR No. (Tax Exemption): 91/003427], LEAP is committed to providing positive and systematic health and preventive education programmes for students in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and special needs schools.  Every contribution counts, and wth your support we can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

We are calling for 2,000 volunteers to join our cause and help with flag selling. By becoming a Flag Selling volunteer, you will play an integral role in raising funds to support the social and emotional wellbeing of our children and young people. It's an excellent opportunity to make a difference in your community while engaging in a meaningful parent-child activity. In appreciation of your support, all volunteers will receive a thank you certificate bearing the signature of our Health Ambassador, Mr. Andy Lau and all student volunteers will receive a commemorative souvenir.

Not able to volunteer? You can still show your support by making a donation to our Gold Flag campaign. Your generosity will be rewarded with a different combination of gifts, including a Gold Flag sticker sheet, a Harold & Friends Octopus holder, or a Harold the Giraffe Soft Toy.

The Director of Social Welfare has given approval to three organisations to sell flags in Hong Kong Island region, Kowloon region and the New Territories region respectively on 26 October 2024. LEAP is authorised to conduct flag sale in the New Territories region on that day.
